How do I register my product's warranty?
Given that we have a wide range of products at SOLARA, please refer to the website for the warranty given on each product. To register and claim your warranty, simply sign up within 7 days of receiving your product using the link https://www.solara.in/pages/product-registration.
Upon registration, you'll receive a confirmation email, and for certain products, you'll also receive complimentary eBooks (for certain products).
How/When can I claim warranty for my product?
- To make a warranty claim, ensure that you've registered your product within one week of delivery.
- If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at support@solara.in and Our team will promptly address your concerns within 48 hours.
- When contacting us, please provide your order information along with photos and videos demonstrating the issue.
- Please note that only the damaged part of the product can be replaced, not the entire product.
- Returns are not accepted for Customized Products
- Additionally, each product is eligible for warranty replacement only once.
- Wear and tear of the product, as well as instances of mishandling or misuse, are not covered under warranty.
- Water Bottles - Paint peeling due to rough surfaces, broken due to fall
- Small Appliances - Mishandling, High Voltage Issues
- Loss of part of the product
