The quality of it just feels premium. However, It does not fit the cup-holder in cars as the base is wide. Nonetheless, the product is everything they say it is (Except cup-holder friendly😂).

No return for customised orders, something to keep in mind if you decide to get it customised.

The Elixir tumbler with customization is fantastic. The quality is Good and it's a perfect gift idea.

The quality is good and it keeps water cold for a long time.

However, I have two pieces of feedback:

1) A small part of the plastic lid arrived broken. It does not affect the usability of the cup, but maybe the lid needs to be packed more securely before shipping.

2) The straw is too thin, so it takes a lot of effort to drink water through it. I have to use my own straw which works better.

3) The opening provided to put the tumbler to your mouth and drink is too small, in my opinion.

This is a fairly pricey product, so these issues need to be fintetuned.
